Learning Dynamics
Carol Keymer is the sole proprietor of Learning Dynamics, Inc. offering individual and family coaching, counseling and psychotherapy. Carol specializes in helping children and adolescents experiencing learning and behavioral problems. Learning Dynamics, Inc., is the only Boulder Valley practice to treat the entire person addressing academic, behavioral and emotional issues. Carol coaches individuals in learning and behavior strategies, and helps transform negative emotions into positive energy.
Carol also offers general counseling to individuals of any age with a variety of life challenges including depression, anxiety, marital problems, domestic violence, anger management, trauma, addictions, parenting, and grief counseling. Carol uses a cognitive/behavioral therapeutic approach. This means she helps people to identify their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, understanding the relationship among these three things and how they may be negatively impacting their unique situation. She believes that solutions are identified through identifying personal thoughts, feelings and behaviors and understanding how they impact us as well as others.

Carol holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a B.S. in Education. She is a Nationally Certified Psychologist, a Licensed Behavioral Practitioner and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Additionally, she is a Neuro-Linguistics Programming practitioner and is Success Skills certified. Carol is an honors graduate of both Southern Nazarene University and Northern Illinois University with over fifteen years experience in corporations across America designing and implementing various education programs. Carol has trained, coached and counseled over 3,000 individuals focusing on management and leadership skills that emphasize the appreciation of individual differences.
In 1997, Carol moved into private practice, focusing on counseling children and adults to cope with life's difficulties, transitions and challenges. She has had the privilege of helping and supporting hundreds of individual and is always honored by others seeking her counseling services.
